About CCD

Cross Country Distributing was founded by Ed Geiger in 1989 in Dayton, Ohio. With over 20 years of prior experience in the automotive distribution industry, Ed Geiger and Cross Country quickly became one of the first and largest distributors of Sunroofs, Ground Effects, and Spoilers in the United States. With the simple philosophy of supplying only top-quality products and providing superior service, he was able to build a loyal customer base, in which most are still valued customers and friends today.

With the increase in sales of trucks and SUV’s and a need for accessories on the rise, Ed saw the opportunity to expand into the truck accessory market.  By 1996, Cross Country grew out of its original location and had a brand new building built in Huber Heights, OH.  With a newly constructed warehouse and an honest, hard-working, sales staff, Cross Country began expansion by way of direct delivery with its own fleet.  Beginning with a select few routes throughout Ohio and Pennsylvania, Cross Country began to establish a solid delivery footprint throughout the surrounding states of Ohio.  With a loyal customer base established, Cross Country then began to expand further east.  In January of 2010, Cross Country opened another fully stocked warehouse and office located in Mt. Pleasant, Pennsylvania which has now become the central warehousing location.

Today, Cross Country has established routes throughout most parts of Ohio, Pennsylvania, West Virginia, Upstate New York and Maryland with regular scheduled deliveries.  With the two current warehouses, Cross Country is now logistically capable of providing next day delivery to most territories within its delivery footprint.
