Click on the attachment below “Official CCD Returns Policy” to view a copy of our current Return Policy.  You must have an authorized RGA from your Cross Country Dist sales rep or returns department before any part can be returned.  To print off a copy of our Return Goods Authorization form, please click on the attachment below “CCD Return Goods Authorization Form”.  Fax or email this form back to your sales rep and we will process your returns immediately.
